Richard began his career in the Restuarant business working his way up the ladder to General Manager. After 23 years he started a second career in the sales industry. He has always moved into leadership positions at every company and in every position he held. His philosophy is helping people is leading people. "We cannot lead anyone until we know where they want to go and what they want to achieve" Richard believes at this point is when the real work begins. When you truly lead people you also learn about people. John Maxwell says it best "People don't care how much you know UNTIL they know how much you care"
